Travel plans change — and when they do, navigating airline change policies, fees, and availability can be a frustrating experience. Our agents take that complexity off your hands entirely.

When you call us to request a change, we review your existing fare conditions, advise you on all applicable change fees (both airline-imposed and our own amendment service fee), and present your available options before taking any action. You stay fully in control throughout the process.

All changes are processed through Worldz Travel LLC with direct GDS access to your reservation. Once a change is confirmed and fees agreed, we apply the modification immediately and send you an updated itinerary and new ticket documents.

Origin or Destination Changes

Changing your departure city or destination airport? We assess your fare rules, calculate any fare difference plus change fee, and rebook on the updated route with your approval.

Passenger Name Corrections

Spelling errors or minor name discrepancies on your ticket can prevent boarding. We submit name correction requests to the airline and manage the process according to that airline's specific policy.

Important: Changes to non-refundable or Basic Economy tickets may not be permitted at all under the airline's fare rules. Our agents will clearly advise you of what is and is not possible before any action is taken. We never process a change without your explicit agreement on costs.

Flight Change FAQs

The total cost of a flight change includes: (1) any airline-imposed change fee (which varies widely by carrier and fare class), (2) any fare difference between your original ticket and the new flight, and (3) our amendment service fee. Your agent will calculate and confirm the full cost before making any change.

Many non-refundable tickets still permit date changes, subject to an airline change fee plus any fare difference. However, Basic Economy and some deeply discounted promotional fares may be entirely non-changeable. We will check your specific fare rules and advise exactly what is possible for your booking.

If the airline has made a significant schedule change (typically a departure time shift of 2 or more hours, or a routing change), you are generally entitled to free rebooking on an alternative flight or a full refund of the unused ticket value. Call us at (877) 940-0404 and we will assess your entitlements and process your preferred outcome.

Name correction policies vary significantly by airline. Minor corrections (up to 3 characters) are permitted free of charge by some carriers, while others charge a fee. Complete name changes are generally not permitted — the ticket must be cancelled and rebooked. Contact us as soon as you notice the error so we can advise on the fastest and least costly resolution.
