Change or cancel a booking — clearly explained

Travel plans change. Our agents help you modify or cancel eligible bookings and will always tell you the full cost of a change before anything is done. Because Worldz Travel LLC is an intermediary, changes are ultimately governed by the fare rules and policies of the airline or supplier that operates your service.

Changes we can help with

• Name corrections where permitted by the airline
• Adding baggage, meals or eligible extras
• Cancellations and, where the fare allows, refunds or travel credits

Refunds & credits

Whether a refund or credit is available, and how much, depends entirely on the fare rules of your booking. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method once the supplier releases the funds, which can take one or more billing cycles. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
